Families come together for a day of healthy fun at the YMCA

Kids enjoy the obstacle course, which was one of the many activities for kids to try during the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day conducted in Mountain Lakes on Saturday, March 15.
A hip-hop dance class, above, was one of the many activities offered to encourage kids to "Move More and Eat Smart" during Healthy Kids Day, Saturday March 15, at the Lakeland Hills Family YMCA in Mountain Lakes. The Y offered activities for the whole family, plus free health screenings ans demo classes. In the photo at right, Rob Skrlac of the NJ Devils signs autographs. See page 5 for more photos.
