Student News for March 26
Kathryn O’Hara of Rockaway, a sophomore at Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, PA, was been placed on the Dean’s Honor List for outstanding academic achievement in spring 2007.
The following area residents were named to the Marist College Dean’s List for the fall 2007 semester: Laura J. Morgan of Boonton, a member of the Class of 2011, majoring in psychology special education; Andrea M. Trochez of Boonton, a member of the Class of 2009, majoring in criminal justice. Marist College, Poughkeepsie, NY, is included in the Princeton Review’s guide to the top colleges and universities in the U.S., The Best 366 Colleges, placing Marist in the top ten percent of all institutions of higher education in the U.S. Marist is ranked among the top tier of colleges and universities in U.S. News & World Report’s America’s Best Colleges guide and is also listed in Barron’s Best Buys in College Education.
Victoria Raab, a sophomore at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, was named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2007 semester. She is majoring in history and plans on becoming a high school history teacher.
