Police put the brakes on improperly installed child car seats

The Birth Boutique in Denville hosted a community car seat safety event with the Denville Police Department on Sunday, April 27. Officers checked and installed car seats and educated the community on the importance of proper safety seat use. Here, Officer Bill Underwood works on the car seat for Isabella, 6 months old, while talking to her mother, Charlene. Gianna’s car seat was already checked.
