Mine Hill Council President Marc Sovelove presents Cheryl Doltz with the proclamation dedicating Williams Street “Sgt. Ryan Doltz Way.” Sgt. Doltz was a 2000 graduate of Virginia Military Academy who was deployed to Baghdad with the New Jersey Army National Guard. He tragically lost his life due to an improvised explosive device on June 5, 2005. "ts2"
