COTS Golf Outing
The Church of the Saviour, 155 Morris Ave., Denville, will host its fifth annual golf outing on May 15 at Minebrook Golf Club, Hackettstown. Continental breakfast, tee time 9 a.m., lunch at turn, awards ceremony with hors d’oeuvres, $95 per golfer. One does not have to be a parishioner to golf. Stay Connected to Jewish Roots
Off to college? White Meadow Temple, Rockaway, is offering a session with Leora Rosenblum who served the University of Miami Hillel. She will discuss the ins and outs of staying connected to the Jewish community on a college campus. The session, on May 23, 7 p.m., will include a dessert reception, free to all Jewish high school seniors, but they must RSVP, 973-627-4500, to ensure that there will be adequate refreshments.

Food Drive, Dollar Donations
Denville Social Services and the Local Assistance Board will hold a food drive on May 24 at Town Hall, 9 a.m.- noon. Toiletry items and paper products needed. Those who work for an organization producing a consumer product might obtain a corporate donation. Social Services also asking for $1 to purchase recyclable grocery bags to distribute food. High Life Ski and Social Club offers a variety of year-round activities- not just skiing and snowboarding, but parties, mystery bus tours, bike rides, hiking, movies, picnics, weekend trips. The club has a lodge in Vermont open for year-round use. The club runs multiple trips to destination resorts and has a winning ski team.
